こんにちは。　
サッカー指導者をやってます、たくまといいます。　

日本では小学生のスクールから、中学生のクラブチーム、そしてJFLのチームのU18のチームを計5年間指導してきて、2017年1月からバルセロナで指導者の勉強、ライセンス取得を目的に来ています。そしてバルセロナではC.F.Dammというクラブで主にU19のチームで働いてます。　

指導するという事一般に関して、サッカーに関して、日本とスペインに関して、色々感じること、自分の意見を書いていこうと思います。
今時は既にいろんな有名な人だったり、色々経験してきている人たちが情報発信してますし、僕もよく見ますが、それとは違った自分の考え、というのもあったので、それに関しての議論だったり、僕の考えに対する他の視点からの意見なども聞いてみたい、あとは単純にこういう考えもある、という自分の情報発信の場として、ブログを始めようと思います。

バルセロナへ来る前、自分の目標はヨーロッパ五大リーグ(イングランド、ドイツ、フランス、イタリア、スペイン)1部のチームの監督になる、ということだったのですが、そして今もそれはもっているのですが、その先、と言いますか、もっと長期的に、新たな目標として、"サッカーで世界を変える" という目標が今はあります。　
サッカーを使って、教育を変える、子ども達を変えることで、次の世界を変える、それくらいの力がサッカーというスポーツにはあると思い始めました。

具体的に言うと、
サッカーを通じて教育ができる、ということを考えてない人、もしくは知らない人たちそれを伝えること。
学校教育が十分でなくて、就職にまで響いてるような国で教育する人たちの指導レベルを上げるための組織を作る。
というようなことを通じてです。

ただ、これは本当に長期的な考えで、人生の目標のようなイメージです。それに向かう途中として、経験、発言力をつけていくために中期的、短期的な目標、そして今があり、日々精進という気持ちです。

こういう考えもあるので、このブログは1番に日本語で書いて、その後スペイン語、英語で同じ内容を書いていこうと思います。(もし語学的に指摘いただけることもあればそれも嬉しいです笑)

Me llamo Takuma, soy japonés y entrenador de fútbol.

En Japón, dirigí una escuela de sub 12, un equipo de sub 15 y un equipo de sub 18 durante cinco años, y desde enero de 2017 que estoy en Barcelona para obtener la licencia de entrenador y para aprender más sobre fútbol. Y en Barcelona trabajo en el equipo de juvenil del C.F.Damm.
Ahora ya he conseguido la licencia hasta nivel 2, así que a partir de ahora mi objetivo más cercano es obtener la licencia de UEFA Pro, y para eso voy a esforzarme.

Voy a tratar el tema del fútbol, de la educación y de la diferencia entre Japón y España, etc. Hoy en día, se pueden saber opiniones de muchas personas famosas o que tengan experiencia. Aún así, yo a veces tengo otra opinión desde mi punto de vista y quiero compartirla, ya que me gustaría conocer algunas opiniones diferentes a las mías. Por eso he empezado a escribir este blog.

Antes de venir a Barcelona, mi meta era ser el primer entrenador del equipo de primera división de cinco grandes ligas en Europa, pero ahora, aunque sigo teniendo esta meta, tengo otra más:" Cambiar el mundo con el fútbol". Esto es porque he empezado a pensar que el fútbol es mucho más potente sobre todo para la educación, más concretamente:
1. Quiero educar quien no sepa o no piense que se puede educar a los niños con el fútbol.
2. En el país en que los jóvenes no pueden conseguir trabajo debido a una mala educación, quiero educar los que educan los niños.

Pero estoy pensando estas cosas como un plan a largo plazo de mi vida.
Dirigiéndome a esta meta, tengo que acumular mucha más experiencia y voy a esforzarme para ello.

Por eso voy a escribir este blog en japonés, español y inglés. Si me equivoco, decidme por favor! 😁

I’m Takuma from Japan and I'm a football coach.

In Japan, I had been leading U-12, U-15 and U-18 team as a coach for five years. Since January 2017, I’ve been in Barcelona to take a coaching license and to learn football more. Currently, I work for U-19 C.F Damm as assistant coach in Barcelona.

Now I have obtained the license up to level 2 so from now on, my closest goal is to take the license of UEFA Pro and for that I will do my best.

I will write about the coaching of football which includes education and the difference between Japan and Spain. Nowadays, you can see the opinions of many people who are famous or have experience. But sometimes I have another opinion from my point of view and I want to share it because I want to know some opinions from another point of view about my opinion. That's why I started writing this blog.

Before I came to Barcelona, ​​my goal was to be the head coach of the first division team of five major leagues in Europe(Ingland, Germany, France,Italy, Spain). Although I still have this goal, but I have also another goal. It is "Change the world with football". I have started to think that football is much more powerful, especially for education.
Specifically. I want to educate people who does not know or does not think that you can educate children with football.
In the country where young people can not get a job because of a luck of school education, I want to educate people those who is educating children.

However, I am thinking these ideas as a long term goal of my life.
To achive this goal, I have to accumulate much more experience and I will do my best.
