Superioridad/Superiority/優位性とは
こんにちは！
今回はちょっと予定を変更して、最近さらに強く意識している優位性について書いていこうかと思います。
ジャイアントキリングと言われる格上相手に格下が勝利を収める、そういう試合にはメンタル面も含めて様々な要因が存在していますが、優位性をうまく利用することによってそれを起こさせる可能性は上がります。
日本にいる時も色んな本を読んだりネットで勉強したりしてましたが、これについてバルセロナで学んだ事ほど深く知る事はできてなかったので、ここに書いていこうと思います。
まずコーチングスクールでは、4つのタイプの優位性というものがあると習いました。それは、
1 個人の優位
技術の差、経験の差、スピードの差、高さの差など、個人単位で考えた上での優位性
２ グループ的優位
個人も含まれてはいますが、個人個人では負けてるけどグループで勝っているという状況
３ 数的優位
これは日本でもよく聞く言葉だとおもいますが、その切り取った局面において、数で勝っている状況
４ ポジション的優位
ある相手に対して、ポジション的に優位性を持っている、つまりボールを受けた時にはその相手を超えられるような状況
これらの4つです。
コーチングスクールでは、例を使った説明も全てオフェンス側に立った説明がされました。
ここに、まず僕自身今のチームで働きながら考えている、もう1つの優位性が、"スペース的優位性"です。
自分の中での定義付けをするとき、ポジション的優位性と似通うこともあるので、人によってはポジション的優位性に入れるのかもしれませんが（カタルーニャサッカー協会もそこにいれてるから4つになっているのかもしれません）、個人的にはもう1つ新たな優位性として持っておきたいので５つ目として考えています。
そのスペース的優位性とは、かんたんに言うと自分がプレーできるスペースを持っていること。その中でも優位性が大きくなるのが、相手の背後のスペースを使える状況にあること、つまりスルーパスのパスコースを持っている状況です。
比較すると、これが僕の中では典型的なポジション的優位性
このポジションにいることで、ボールを受けたときにはもう相手の７番を抜けてる状況。
鳥かごなどの練習でよく要求することの1つです。
そしてこれがスペース的優位性の例です。
相手のハイプレッシャーを受けるポゼッション思考のチームの試合ではよくあるリアルな場面かと思います。
ボールを持っている右サイドバックは縦を切られながらプレッシャーを受けていて、センターバックにも相手のフォワードが近くまで来ている。
この状況を逃げるための手はいくつかありますが、ここで説明したいのは、このセンターバックはポジション的優位性を持ってはいない、なぜならボールを受けるときには相手のプレッシャーを受けているであろうから、むしろ受けることも難しい状況であろうからです。
ただ、前方にスペースがあるため、マークを外す動きで、前方のスペースでボールを受けることによって、この２対２の局面を打開できる状況であるということです。
そして、同じような状況ですが、スペース的優位性がない場合がこれです。
先ほどと、同じような状況ですが、相手は442のゾーンマークをしながら、ハイプレッシャーとともに全体のラインを上げて来ています。
今この状況では先ほどのようにセンターバックはスペース的優位性を持っていません。なぜなら相手の１０番がそこを消しているからです。
僕がなぜポジション的優位性とは別にこのスペース的優位性を考えているかというと、守備側から考えて、相手の優位性を消していかないといけない場合、もし自分のチームが１つ目の、相手にプレッシャーはかけているが、センターバックに優位性を与えてしまっているのなら、そこを修整しないといけないからです。
今自分の仕事は相手チームの分析ですが、データをただ集めているのではなく、結局どう戦えばいいのか、という結論にたどり着かなければ意味がありません。
プロチームでしたら、それらの仕事（データを収集する仕事とそれをどう解釈し、解決策をねる仕事）は分けられていますが、うちのチームでは分析係がそれをやらないといけないし、日本では恐らく監督が全てやらないといけないでしょう。
もちろんこっちでも最終的にどう戦うか決めるのは監督ですので、監督も優れた分析力をもっている必要があります。
最近分析のソフトだったり技術が進歩してきてはいますが、それを使う人次第でその価値はだいぶ変わっていくのでは無いかと思います。
今回は優位性について、少しコーチングスクールの内容にも触れながら書きました。この優位性も、コーチングスクールではそれがある、ということ、そしてそれがテストで出るくらいです。
なので、スペインにきて学んでも、実際に現場で使えるようにするには各自で解釈しないと恐らく選手に落とし込むのが難しくなるのではないかと感じました。

Esta vez voy a escribir sobre 4 tipos de superioridad que he estudiado en la escuela de entrenador y una más que yo pienso que es importante.Eso es lo que suelo tener en cuenta cuando hago análisis.
A veces hay partidos que sorprenden, como cuando un equipo pequeño gana a un equipo grande. Eso ocurre por muchas causas, psicológicamente también, pero si aprovechas las superioridades, subirá la posibilidad de que ocurra.
Los que he estudiado en la escuela de entrenador, son estos tipos de superioridad.
1. Superioridad individual
2. Superioridad colectiva
3. Superioridad numérica
4. Superioridad posicional
He estudiado estos tipos de superioridad en la escuela de entrenador pero sólo des del punto de vista de ataque.
Lo que yo pienso como otro tipo de superioridad es
5. Superioridad espacial
Aquí yo quiero contar sobre la diferencia entre superioridad posicional y espacial.
Superioridad posicional es colocarme dónde puedo tener superioridad cuando recibo el balón, es decir cuando recibo el balón, puedo superar ese rival.
Por ejemplo está situación.
Cuando este lateral recibe el balón, ya puede superar el extremo del rival.
Y superioridad espacial es que aunque no tengo superioridad, si recibo el balón en esa posición tengo espacio dónde puedo jugar, es decir tengo la línea de pase filtrado, por ejemplo.
Como esta situación
Aunque este central derecho no tiene superioridad posicional, tiene espacio delante donde puede recibir el balón.Así que si pienso desde el punto de vista de defensa, el equipo azul no está pudiendo presionar bien ahora.
Yo pienso en la superioridad espacial como otro tipo de superioridad posicional porque desde el punto de vista de defensa, si mi equipo presiona como en la primer foto, hay que corregir la presión.
Y además, cuando hago análisis del rival, hay que mirar el espacio también.Hay que mirar dónde se genera espacio, o sea, dónde podremos ganar superioridad espacial, y hay que pensar eso combinando con otra superioridad.
Para ganar un partido, hay que aprovechar superioridad y hay que disminuir la superioridad del rival.

I think that this situation is often common in the team of Possession thinking that receives the high pressure from the opponents.The right back is holding the ball under pressure by being approached from front opponent, and the opponent's forward is coming close to the center back. I think of spatial superiority as another type of positional superiority because from the defense point of view, if my team presses as a first picture, it is necessary to correct pressure.
And also, when I analyze the opponent, you have to look at space too. You have to look where space is generated or where we can gain space superiority and you have to think that combining with another superiority.
